Аннотация

За последние два десятилетия значительно увеличилась частота выявления как минимальных форм рака молочной железы, так и карцином in situ. В первую очередь это связано с появлением современной маммографической техники и внедрением маммографического скрининга. Однако вопросы, касающиеся оптимальных методов лечения рака in situ, до сих пор не решены.

В обзоре рассмотрены современные методы хирургического и комбинированного лечения данной патологии. Подробно проанализированы факторы, влияющие на риск развития местных рецидивов и метастазов при органосохраняющем лечении рака in situ. Затронуты проблемы современной гистологической классификации заболевания. На ее основе представлен алгоритм лечения карциномы in situ.
