Молекулярные детерминанты предрасположенности к раку легкого

Аннотация
Статья посвящена изучению роли «неблагоприятных» аллелей полиморфных генов, продукты которых принимают участие в метаболизме канцерогенов табачного дыма, в риске возникновения рака легкого. Показано, что мутантный аллель с заменой Т6235С в гене CYP1A1, кодирующий АГГ - фермент активирующий ПАУ, ассоциирован с предрасположенностью к РЛ, особенно ПкРЛ. Приводятся данные о небольшом преобладании делеций в гене GSTM1, кодирующем одноименный фермент фазы II метаболизма ксенобиотиков, у пациентов с РЛ, что указывает на связь с риском возникновения РЛ. Сообщается также, что неблагоприятная значимость мутантного аллеля в гене CYP1A1 усиливается при сочетании с дефицитным генотипом GSTM1.
