By the purpose of work was the retrospective comparative research of a condition immune system at two groups of the patients (having complication of treatment and without those) with seasonal allergic rhinit prior to the beginning treatment and at early stages of realization allergovaccination. 125 patients with sensibilisation to pollen of weed grass were surveyed. The patients complications immunotherapy more often have not allergic chronic diseases. Before initiation allergovaccination the level IgM is higher and less quantity common IgE. Allergovaccination is accompanied by earlier change of mechanisms regulation of levels common IgE and deferred reactions cells and phagocytic of parts immune system. On the basis of given anamnes, change of a ratio CD4/CD8, quantity CD19, phagocytosys of a parameter and levels IgE, IgM per the first month of realization allergovaccination forecasting risk of occurrence of system complications is possible.
