Неоадъювантная эндокринотерапия в сравнении с химиотерапией у больных с гормонозависимым (ЭР+) раком молочной железы

Аннотация

Представлено рандомизированное исследование II фазы, оценивающее эффективность неоадъю­вантной химиотерапии (доксорубицин + таксол) в сравнении с эндокринотерапией ингибиторами аро­матазы (экзаместан и анастразол) у постменопаузальных больных с ЭР+ и/или ПР+ раком молочной железы. Предоперационная неоадъювантная эндокринотерапия ингибиторами ароматазы оказалась нетоксичным лечением, приводящим к схожей с химиотерапией частоте регресса опухоли и выполне­ния органосохраняющих операций у больных с ЭР+ и/или ПР+ опухолью.
