Ожирение и атеросклероз: роль адипокпнов

Аннотация

Обзор посвящен анализу данных о роли адипокинов в атерегенезе. Увеличение массы жировой ткани сопровождается развитием инсулинорезистентности, дислипопротеинемии и гипертензии, мощным атерогенным фактором. Кроме того, в последние годы накоплены сведения о прямом воздействии ряда провоспалительных адипокинов, продукция которых резко увеличивается при ожирении, на клетки артериальной стенки (эндотелиальные и гладкомышечные клетки, макрофаги). Эти адипокины способствуют развитию дисфункции эндотелия и формированию атеросклеротических поражений.
