Аннотация
Двенадцать лет прошло с тех пор, как был открыт IL-17, обладающий провоспалительными свойствами. Позднее были выделены пять цитокинов, имеющих структурную гомологию с IL-17. Эти цитокины были объединены в семейство IL-17, которое состоит из шести членов IL-17A-F. Структурно они представлены гомодимерами. Семейство цитокинов, как оказалось, продуцируется в различных тканях человека и мыши, и его члены обладают отличными друг от друга функциями. С одной стороны, члены семейства IL-17 участвуют в поддержании гомеостаза нейтрофильных лейкоцитов, тогда как с другой, они участвуют в патогенезе аллергических и аутоиммунных заболеваний.
