Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a most common autoimmune rheumatological disease. The problems of diagnosing RA connected with currently used immunological markers with limited sensitivity are discussed in the article. The following data is presented: the structure, functions, pathogenic significance, methods and frequency of detecting the autoantibodies (AАВ) to nuclear antigen RA33 within rheumatic diseases.
