CASE OF OCULAR MANIFESTATIONS HYDROXYCHLOROQUINS TOXIC EFFECT
Abstract
Based on experience and analysis of a few articles, devoted to this topic, the authors diagnose and describe the clinical case of the rare symptoms' group, associated with taking of hydroxychloroquine by the patient with sarcoidosis and diabetes type 1. The diagnostics of this lesion is difficult problem in the regular ophthalmologic practice, because of the uncommon disease, the lack of information and continuity between specialists, especially rheumatologists and pulmonologists. MORPHOHYSTOMETRICAL INDICATORS OF STROMAL AND PARENCHYMAL RELATIONSHIPS AT ORGANISM AGING
Abstract
The clinicomorphological analysis with using the histostereometric method of research of myocardium, liver and kidneys, taken from the autopsies of 160 died patients from the period 20092010 was performed in the age aspect. Significant direct changes of the specific volume of highly specialized myocardium and liver cellular structures and stromal component were revealed at the organism aging. The specific volume of a bloodstream had veracious multidirectional action vector – in myocardium and liver. The identification of relative indicator of histostereometrical indicator dynamics in myocardium and liver allows to use it for updating the assessment of the stromal and parenchymal relationships at organism aging.

ТHE DIAGNOSIS OF ARTICULATE SURFACE CHANGES OF COXOFEMORAL JOINT IN COXARTHROSIS PATIENTS BY SPIRAL COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY
Abstract
The objective was to study changes of an articulate surface (AS) of coxofemoral joints (CFJ) at patients with osteoarthrosis (OА), using СТ Methods. The group of patients (92 joints), suffering bilateral OА 2nd and 3rd radiological stage was tested by СТ. The width of AS in front, anteromedial, posterolateral, back sides was measured; thus joints of all patients have been preliminary divided in two groups: group (A) with uniform narrowing of an articulate surface and group (B) with nonuniform narrowing AS. Comparison of sizes and areas of joint space in different parts was performed.

LIPID METABOLISM DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH NEPHROTIC SYNDROME AND METHODS OF THEIR CORRECTION
Abstract
We studied possibility of secondary hyperlipidemia correction at a nephrotic syndrome in 68 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Research has shown that use immunosupressive pathogenetic therapy in a combination with statins and plasmosorption has advantage before its combination only with lipid reduction preparation or only with plasmosorption. The given method of treatment allows to achieve improvement of lipid exchange indicators and disease remission for shorter terms in comparison with standard therapy.

ANEURISMS OF ABDOMINAL AORTA VISCERAL BRANCHES AS DIAGNOSTIC FINDINGS DURING ABDOMINAL CT
Abstract
The article is dedicated to CTdiagnostics of aneurisms of unpaired visceral branches of abdominal aorta. All cases, described in the article, are accidental findings, as a result of their asymptomatic course and extremely rare occasions. The most frequent aneurisms of spleen artery are registered (60% ), hepatic artery (1640%). In the most cases, aneurisms of visceral branches do not reveal themselves. However, one of the most dangerous complication of abdominal aorta visceral branches aneurisms is spontaneous intraperitoneal bleeding.
