Аннотация

Культивирование клеток периферической крови в условиях цитокинетического блока создает уникальную возможность проанализировать весь спектр изменений, характеризующих нестабильность генома. Задачей настоящей публикации является анализ современного состояния, возможностей и перспектив использования микроядерного теста на культуре лимфоцитов периферической крови человека. особое внимание уделяется тем направлениям исследований, которые относительно редко представлены в литературе - закономерностям пролиферации клеток, существованию физиологической обусловленности и генетической предрасположенности к развитию эффектов нестабильности генома; эффектам эмоционального стресса и адаптивному ответу к действию ионизирующей радиации. Материал представлен в 2-х последовательных публикациях. Его завершает обсуждение методических особенностей постановки культуры, результатов микроскопического анализа и идеологии получения конечного результата исследования.
