Рѣчь идетъ о первобеременной, которая безъ всякихъ осложненій родила въ срокъ живого мальчика вѣсомъ въ 3200 грм. и длиною въ 50 снтм. Черезъ 3/4 часа послѣ родовъ появилось маточное кровотеченіе, и изъ матки выдѣлился второй послѣдъ, вѣсомъ въ 100 грм., съ двумя мертвыми плодами, изъ которыхъ одинъ былъ длиной въ 13,3 снтм. и вѣсомъ въ 30 грм., а другой въ 13 снтм. и вѣсомъ въ 14 грм. У перваго всѣ органы были на лицо, у второго органы груди и живота отсутствовали. Послѣдъ живого плода вѣсилъ 501 грм. и имѣлъ въ діаметрѣ 15 снтм. Пуповина его была прикрѣплена оболочечно.
