Abstract
Spontaneous rupture of a pregnant uterus is one of the greatest rarities. The reasons are usually congenital easy rupture of the uterine tissue or significant thinning of its walls. More often, ruptures of the pregnant uterus occur, since it presents extensive scars from previously former ruptures or from a caesarian section.
