Abstract
104 patients were divided into four groups of patients with arterial hypertension, with diabetes mellitus and with out diabetes mellitus. The diagnosis significance between renal function reserve and renal function was revealed. Application of combination antihypertension therapy( angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and indapamide) showed reliable lowering systolic and diastolic arterial hypertention on the phone the treatment which took place and nephroprotection effect connected with recover renal function reserve. The therapy significantly reduced to lowering the patients to 2.7 which have higher and very higher risk of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality of scale SCORE.
