Abstract

In laboratory animals is carried out a study of the dose-dependant cardioprotective effects of the group of modern macrolides with the simulation of the coronaroocclusional myocardial infarction. The preparations being investigated effectively decrease lethality and decrease the zone of the necrosis of left ventricle after coronaroocclusion. The dose-dependant effects are expressed in groups of 14- and 15- member macrolides.
