Formation of social and psychological competencies of a nurse for participation in the project «lean medical institution» 3

Abstract

The integration of the Lean Medical Organization project into the national health care system gave a quick and real result of improving the quality of medical care and patient satisfaction in pilot projects in individual regions of the Russian Federation. This makes it possible to predict the success of this project with its widespread introduction into the primary health care system. In this regard, it becomes necessary to optimize the training of medical specialists taking into account the requirements of the project under consideration. Considering that the most active mediator of communication between a patient and a medical organization is a specialist with secondary medical education, who, in fact, is the first to meet a patient when visiting a medical organization and creates the necessary mood for further relationships that arise in this environment. The article presents the materials of the author’s study of the formation of a block of social and psychological competencies of students of a medical college, necessary for the participation of specialists with secondary medical education in the project «Lean Medical Organization».

Abstract

The state of medical statistics, its significance and impact on health efficiency have always been important aspects. There is no doubt that the historical and medical aspects of the formation of Russian medical statistics, which perform the function of a true assessment of the medical industry, are relevant. this is reflected in the presented study using the example of “Zemstvo statistics”. Domestic medical statistics have always sought to representativeness of the analyzed indicators, which ensured its dynamic and qualitative development. The development of medical statistics in the format of accounting and initial analysis of population mortality is shown in the English “death bulletins” during epidemics. The study reflects the historical and medical aspects of medical statistics as methods of accounting and initial analysis of population mortality, which had an important social and social significance. Quite closely with modern realities, the postulate echoes: historically, the main thing in medical statistics is assumed to be a reliable reflection of the functioning of all services in the industry.
