Abstract

The article deals with the tasks of the head of nursing service, as well as the competence profile: what groups of competences it consists of, what specific knowledge, skills and abilities can be developed in the head nurse, and why these competences will be useful in performing managerial labor functions. Special attention is paid to the area of personnel management and direct interaction with subordinates.
