详细

At present, in the conditions of transformation of the socio-economic paradigm of the Russian society and economy, continuous reforms in society and organizations of various forms of ownership, changes in the forms of traditional organization of society, decreasing demand and social recognition of a number of classical professions, growing unemployment (and in consequence of this fear of losing a job) there is an increase in the prevalence of such social and psychological phenomenon as mobbing [1–3]. Mobbing (mobbing ‒ from the English verb to mob ‒ to rude, to attack in a crowd, pack, to bully) is considered as a form of psychological violence, as a collective psychological terror, bullying against any of the workers on the part of his colleagues, subordinates or superiors, carried out in order to force the employee to leave the place of work or to weaken the degree of his social or professional influence in the team is currently becoming more widespread in production, scientific and educational teams, corporate offices [4‒6].
