One of the factors of medical care safety is competence of medical personnel. Simulation training is a concrete way of competent approach to training. In 2022, the World Health Organization released in Russian language recommendations for the organization of simulation training in nursing and midwifery. We suggest to deal with these problems and learn more about the recommendations from this publication, refracting them through the experience of organization and implementation of simulation training in domestic medical education.
