Abstract
The purpose of the study was to systematize the factors influencing the system of medical support of the Armed Forces and to substantiate the directions for increasing its readiness to work in a hybrid warfare. The factors influencing the work of the military medical service in different periods of the hybrid warfare have been studied. Ensuring the readiness of the medical service of the Armed Forces to perform tasks in conditions of hybrid warfars is achieved by the participation of medical officials in information warfare activities within the framework of certain powers, the readiness of the medical support system to work in a new type of war, and military medical organizations – to work in autonomous conditions, optimization of the organizational and staff structure of medical units and organizations formed for wartime, improvement of methods for indicating damaging factors, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of infectious and psychosomatic diseases, the occurrence of which may be due to a deliberate impact on human health, the development of modern means equipping personnel, medical equipment, property and means of deploying the stages of medical evacuation, purposeful training of personnel for actions in crisis situations, increasing efficiency system of professional and professional training of medical personnel aimed at expanding professional competencies.
