Abstract
In the current article authors present information about scientific activityy performed in the Military Medical Academy during the pre-war period. They cover main themes of scientific activities in the Academy, in particular, development of the theory concerning the treatment of gunshot wounds, new forms and methods of medical support of the army and navy, etc.
