Abstract
We describe pathogenetic mechanisms of post cholecystectomy syndrome in patients with cholelithiasis after performed cholecystectomy, and methods for its diagnostics. In the part of the article, which describes the treatment of post cholecystectomy syndrome was considered recent data on the use of medications with a high level of evidence and recommendations. Authors gave the data on their own researches regarding improvement of the motor-evacuation function of the biliary tract and lithogenicity of bile after cholecystectomy.
