Abstract
The article presents an experience of original method of fibular graft fixation with the help of device for extrafocal fixation of low jaw fragments. The proposed method considerably facilitates surgeons’ work during subperiosteal osteotomy, reduces the possibility of vessel injury, which surround the bone graft, and allows performing osteotomy with maximum precision.
