Abstract
The authors assessed the status of erectile function depending on obesity in 69 young military servicemen with arterial hypertension of 1-2 stage. It was established that patients in this group suffered from weak erectile dysfunction, which was accompanied with endothelium vasodilatation disorder of brachial and penile artery, reduction of common testosterone, and reduction of free testosterone index in proportion to increase of body weight.
