Abstract
A clinical case of the use of endoscopic equipment in the treatment of a subdiaphragmatic abscess as a complication after a surgical intervention for a closed abdominal trauma with splenic rupture and intra-abdominal bleeding is described. The peculiarity of the given example is an atypical clinical picture of a purulent postoperative complication, taken as the formation of a post-traumatic pancreatic cyst.
