Современные биомаркёры в диагностике острых респираторных инфекций верхних дыхательных путей и определении стратегии антибактериальной терапии (Обзор зарубежной литературы)

Аннотация
В лечении бактериальных инфекций верхних дыхательных путей основную роль играет антибиотикотерапия, и определение показаний к ее назначению, объему и длительности является предиктором успеха лечения. Эффективность и адекватность антибактериальной терапии определяется своевременностью и точностью проведения дифференциальной диагностики между вирусной и бактериальной этиологией инфекции. Отсутствие «золотого стандарта» дифференциальной диагностики определяет повышенный интерес к поиску биомаркёров, позволяющих решить эту диагностическую задачу, а также сформировать стратегии применения антибактериальных препаратов по результатам количественной оценки уровней биомаркёров в сыворотке крови (биомаркёр-опосредованная антибактериальная терапия). В статье приведены данные зарубежной литературы о результатах исследований и метаанализов диагностической ценности С-реактивного белка, прокальцитонина, неоптерина и дефензинов для оптимизации биомаркёр-опосредованной антибактериальной терапии при острых респираторных инфекциях верхних дыхательных путей.
