Perfection of structure of purchase of medicinal agents in medical service of the Armed Forces

Abstract

The authors effectuated an analyze of station of structure of purchase of medicinal agents in military medicine. Were marked disadvantages: predominance of import agents in centralized and decentralized purchases, small volume of native agents, disbalance of structure of centralized purchases and formed morbidity, low quality of determination of need in medicinal agents and of labour-rent account-claim documents, facts of agent purchases, not included in Form of medicinal agent of medical service of the Armed Forces of RF. Were posed aims on optimization of purchases, replacement import agents by native ones of the same quality, on remaking of the Form of medicinal agents.

Problem of resource supply of medical aid to wounded and damaged persons of neurosurgical profile

Abstract

Longstanding complex examination ofproblems of delivery of medical care to patients of neurosurgical profile, effectuating in Military-medicine academy by Kirov S.M., permitted to observe evacuation and treatment of patients of neurosurgical profile, their social rehabilitation and returning to their work, estimated the advantages of 2-stages evacuation of patients and delivery in hospitals of Center in comparison with multistage one. Were examined questions of rehabilitation, help to families of lost or invalid military servicemen. The authors, observed economical and social questions, made a conclusion: patients of neurosurgical profile have to receive medical care in specialized and equipped institutes of central level of rear of state occurring once and in full volume.

Evaluation of condition of health and adaptation capabilities of military servicemen

Abstract

Was examined the health level of 600 called up military servicemen. Were detected different indexes of health and condition of health in general, adaptation potential and adaptation reactions, was shown their dependence of health level. Was given estimation of anxiety level of military servicemen and was shown relation between anxiety level and type of reaction of vegetative nervous system. Was detected that 53,4% of military servicemen can’t be ranked as healthy. It’s a risk factor of their disadaptation to the military service.

Peculiarities of course of extramural pneumonia among military servicemen in conditions of local war and armed conflicts

Abstract

The aim of work was examination of peculiarities of outhospital pneumonia (OHP) among military servicemen, participants of local armed conflicts in areas of Prodnestrovie , Tadjikistan, North Ossetia, Abkhazia. There were retrospectively analyzed 139 archive patient histories of military servicemen, got pneumonia during 1990-1993. In structure of OHP of military servicemen predominating was pneumonia with not hard course of disease. Was educes a clear season dependence of appearance of pneumonia in described conditions with it’s peculiarities. Each fifth patient form call-up contingent had deficit of weight. It influenced on course of disease. In 40% of cases of OHP there were coexistent diseases. Peculiarities in clinical forms of disease were not found. Using of antibacterial measures in treatment of OHP was empirical, during therapy of acute pneumonia were used 3 antibiotics simultaneously. For a more long term of treatment had a need soldiers, participants of combat actions on the Northern Caucasus.

Comparative evaluation of different types of fotorefractive operations in conditions of nearsightedness

Was effectuated a comparative estimation of effectiveness of different types of photorefraction operations in conditions of nearsightedness and myopic astigmatism among 286 patients. Was marked a high level (92-98%) of reconstruction of vision according to criteria of stability, safety, predictability and effectiveness. Phemto-second laser influence provides smallinvasive, sensitive and safety forming of flap of keratoderma. It permits envisage this technology as a new direction in ophthalmosurgery, providing the achievement of a high clinical effect in reconstruction of professional vision.

Was educed the influence of ulterior motive on success of psycho-physiological adaptation to new conditions of environment. Was elaborated a complex of measures on optimization of accompaniment of adaptation of military-navy specialists and was given financial evaluation of it’s implementation.

Age factor in a complex evaluation of health of air staff

Abstract

Was elaborated program of a complex of estimation of health condition of air staff with determination of capability of early diagnostic of functional tension of physiological systems. According to this system there were observed 73 airmen using a complex of tests (estimation of level of pectoral control, of personal and reactive anxiety, vegetal regulation etc.). Was detected, that length of service and sympato-adrenaline activeness with vicarious decrease of adrenoreactiveness are in direct proportion. Were marked the most informative indexes of estimation of functional tension of psycho-physiological functions, vegetative regulation and cardiovascular system. Was shown that the elaborated system of individual estimation of health of air staff permits diagnose prenosological conditions and determine indexes for rehabilitation treatment.

Medical service of the Red Army in Vislo-Oder strategic offensive

Abstract

Was characterized work of medical service of the Red Army in Vislo-Oder strategic offensive. To the beginning of the operation in divisions of the first echelon were deployed medical aid stations in dugouts and blindages in 1,5-3 km from the front line. Sanitarium casualties of troops of the 1 st Byelorussian Front were 60 310 persons, 5,8% of it’s quantity, including wounded - 5,3%, ill persons - 0,5%; of the 1 st Ukrainian Front - 89 564 persons, 8,3%, including wounded - 7,5%, ill persons - 0,8%. It’s important to mark, that casualties on first fronts are more then 2 times, and on the second fronts are one and half times less than was supposed. On both fronts casualties of main group of troops achieved 60% of all casualties during the 1 st stage of operation.
