The authors effectuated an analyze of station of structure of purchase of medicinal agents in military medicine. Were marked disadvantages: predominance of import agents in centralized and decentralized purchases, small volume of native agents, disbalance of structure of centralized purchases and formed morbidity, low quality of determination of need in medicinal agents and of labour-rent account-claim documents, facts of agent purchases, not included in Form of medicinal agent of medical service of the Armed Forces of RF. Were posed aims on optimization of purchases, replacement import agents by native ones of the same quality, on remaking of the Form of medicinal agents.

The article presents an investigation of general requirements to deploy of automized workplace of medical specialists, including derma-venereologic profile, functions of automized workplace, it’s software. Was shown which functional duties of staff of unit permits optimize the automized workplace.

The aim of work was examination of peculiarities of outhospital pneumonia (OHP) among military servicemen, participants of local armed conflicts in areas of Prodnestrovie , Tadjikistan, North Ossetia, Abkhazia. There were retrospectively analyzed 139 archive patient histories of military servicemen, got pneumonia during 1990-1993. In structure of OHP of military servicemen predominating was pneumonia with not hard course of disease. Was educes a clear season dependence of appearance of pneumonia in described conditions with it’s peculiarities. Each fifth patient form call-up contingent had deficit of weight. It influenced on course of disease. In 40% of cases of OHP there were coexistent diseases. Peculiarities in clinical forms of disease were not found. Using of antibacterial measures in treatment of OHP was empirical, during therapy of acute pneumonia were used 3 antibiotics simultaneously. For a more long term of treatment had a need soldiers, participants of combat actions on the Northern Caucasus.

Was effectuated a comparative estimation of effectiveness of different types of photorefraction operations in conditions of nearsightedness and myopic astigmatism among 286 patients. Was marked a high level (92-98%) of reconstruction of vision according to criteria of stability, safety, predictability and effectiveness. Phemto-second laser influence provides smallinvasive, sensitive and safety forming of flap of keratoderma. It permits envisage this technology as a new direction in ophthalmosurgery, providing the achievement of a high clinical effect in reconstruction of professional vision.

Was shown that cadets and students of elder classes of military and civil institutes have personal deformations, causing negative tendencies in their health. Was elaborated psycho-pedagogic conception of supply of valeological preparedness of military servicemen. Were successfully tested program-methodological complexes in valeology, based on this conception. Was posed a question about practicability of creation of psycho-pedagogic direction in supply of health of contingents, aimed to service in the Armed Forces.

For the first time was presented life history of Alexander Zamyatin (1873-1931) - a famous military physician, one of leaders of sanitarium service of the Red Army for the period of 1920-s.

The military sanatorium «Chebarkulsky» lies in resort zone of Southern Ural in 75 km to the west from Chelyabinsk. Now-days the hospital is adjusted to treatment cardiovascular system and neurotic system, respiratory organ nottuberculosis character, diseases of locomotor apparatus, possible to accept up to 200 patients. Sanatorium «Chebarkulsky» take a worthy place among other sanatoriums of Southern Ural, such as «Kisegach», «Elovoe», «Sosnovaya Gorka», «Lesnaya Skazka».
