Experience of the use of wound dressing «Nano-Aseptic» as a mean of purulent complications prevention

The report is devoted to the prevention of infectious complications in the treatment of wounds. The paper considers a promising local means «Cloth with nanostructured silver dressing «Nano-Aseptica». Based on the results of treatment of patients with surgery (planned, emergency surgery), trauma and gynecological profile, a conclusion was made about the effectiveness of the use - reducing the bed-day, increasing the bed turnover.
