Abstract
The article presents first results of geological, isotope-geochemical and mineralogical studies of carbonatite veins previously unknown in the Soustov massif. Veins studied have the Sm-Nd isotope composition and model age similar to rocks of the massif, indicating the common source of their formation. High contents of light lanthanides, Sr, and Nb in carbonatite veins were revealed. These elements are concentrated in bastnäesite, strontianite, monazite, and pyrochlore. The data obtained significantly expand the geochemical and ore specialization of the massif.
