Abstract

Changes in the bladder mucosa, in the sense of the formation of ridges (trabeculae), due to hypertrophy of the bladder muscles, appear already in the very early period of tabes, when urination is not yet disturbed. The further the disease has gone, the more clearly these changes appear. The author confirms this in 18 cases of this disease during cystoscopy of the bladder of patients and concludes that the trabecular bladder is one of the earliest symptoms of tabes, and it is characterized by the location of the crossbars on the side walls of the bladder. Pure cases of tabes in various stages, without any purely urological diseases, were taken for the study.

Измѣненія слизистой мочевого пузыря, въ смыслѣ образованія валиковъ (трабекулъ), вслѣдствіе гипертрофіи мышцъ пузыря—появляется уже въ самомъ раннемъ періодѣ табеса, когда еще мочеиспусканіе не разстроено. Чѣмъ дальше зашла болѣзнь, тѣмъ яснѣе выступаютъ эти измѣненія. Авторъ въ 18 случаяхъ названной болѣзни при цистоскопіи мочевого пузыря больныхъ подтверждаетъ это и приходитъ къ выводу, что трабекулярный пузырь является однимъ изъ самыхъ раннихъ симптомовъ табеса, при чемъ для него характерно расположеніе перекладинъ на боковыхъ стѣнкахъ пузыря. Для изслѣдованія брались чистые случаи табеса въ разныхъ стадіяхъ, безъ всякихъ чисто-урологическихъ заболѣваній.
