Abstract

There are given peculiarities of etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of pain neuropathies, collected from the literature. Lack of efficacy of treatment of neuropathic pain determines the socio-economic significance of this problem due to frequent disability of patients, significant financial costs of treating patients with painful neuropathy .Lesion of small nerve fibers occur due to various reasons, and requires the study of etiology and pathogenesis of painful neuropathies, adequate symptomatic and pathogenetic therapy.
