Abstract

The review provides data on the combination of headache with arterial and intracranial hypertension. Clinical-epidemiological and neurobiological aspects of the problem are considered. The mechanisms for the development and clinical significance of “hypertensive headache” and «hypertension associated hypalgesia» were discussed.
