对上肢和/或下肢因外伤截肢的患者在康复阶段进行低压缺氧训练的可能性得到了证实。 这项研究有32名在 S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy 诊所接受假肢置换手术的男性参与,此前在专科医生的参与下接受了初步体检。为了评估低压缺氧训练的效果,采用了生理学和心理学方法来评估患者的功能状态和表现。这些方法分别在低压缺氧训练之前、 训练之后和训练结束10天后使用。训练课程包括每天进行的10次训练,使用的是配有低压气压计 "BKPD-5-1 "的现代气压舱。在训练过程中,每个海拔高度的“上升”速度为 500 米,从1500米到3500米,在指定海拔高度停留30分钟。结果显示,所使用的心理技术产生了积极的动态效果。事实证明,在接受创伤性上肢和/或下肢截肢的患者中,低压缺氧训练的有效性在疗程后10天内增加。因此,在低压缺氧训练课程结束后,身体健康水平提高了5%,心理健康水平提高了4%,而在低压缺氧训练课程结束10天后,身体健康水平提高了13%, 心理健康水平提高了7%。与背景指标相比,个人焦虑在第10次课程时减少了 5%,在课程结束10天后减少了 6.5%。与此同时,情境焦虑的下降尤为明显。与基线值相比,到第10次课程时,情景焦虑下降了33%,10天后下降了34%。由于进行了一个疗程的低压缺氧训练,患者在治疗结束后对自己的身体能力和社会适应能力的焦虑程度较低。他们开始以责任感和个人兴趣来看待这种情况。此外,患者的呼吸系统功能和机体对缺氧的抵抗力也得到了增强。 与基线值相比,肺活量增加了8%,吸气屏气时间增加了 11%。因此,在医疗康复系统中应使用低压缺氧训练课程,以优化上肢和/或下肢创伤性截肢患者的精神状态,提高其呼吸系统的功能能力,因为低压缺氧训练对身体有复杂的有益影响。
