2024 年 7 月 5 日是著名军医、俄罗斯联邦荣誉医生、前国防部外科主任、S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy 机构战地外科主任、S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy 通讯院士和荣誉博士、医学博士、教授、Igor M. Samokhvalov 医疗服务退休上校诞辰 70 周年纪念日。从 Igor M. Samokhvalov 学院毕业后,他先后在空降兵部队担任军医,然后在一个单独的医疗营担任外科医生。1981 年,Igor M. Samokhvalov 进入战地外科系兼任教师,并成功通过了关于肢体创伤性疾病的医学科学候选人学位论文答辩。Igor M. Samokhvalov 曾在阿富汗(1980 年、 1987-1988 年)和北高加索(1994-1995 年)参加作战行动。他曾为 1988 年亚美尼亚地震灾民提供援助,并以博士论文的形式将其经验总结为 “战斗对血管造成的创伤”。2007 年, Igor M. Samokhvalov 被任命为战地外科系主任,2010 年至 2022 年,他当选为该系主任。作为俄罗斯联邦国防部的首席外科医生,他在裁减武装部队的困难条件下,努力提高外科护理的质量。Igor M. Samokhvalov 教授是我国战地外科、多发性创伤外科和血管创伤学方面的顶尖专家之一。他提出了在混合战争中优化伤员外科护理的概念和“损伤控制”战术,并在此基础上制定了现行的军事野战外科指南。他指导开发了一系列现代家用个性化伤口护理设备。他提出了在腹部受伤并持续腹腔内出血时进行临时腔内止血的概念。 Igor M. Samokhvalov 教授创建了一所战地外科医生学校,培养了 11 名医生和 26 名医学科学候选人。自 2022 年起,Igor M. Samokhvalov 继续在他的母系担任教授,并(兼职)担任 I.I. Dzhanelidze St. Petersburg Research Institute of Emergency Medicine 机构联合伤害小组的首席研究员。
