Abstract
The peculiarities of compiling a manual on laboratory experiments in biomedical physics for foreign medical students are described according to the basic principles of education in a foreign educational environment. The principles correspond to the general didactic statements and fake into account the peculiarities of a foreign language as a language of training. The article may be useful for the consideration of general methods used for teaching foreign students.
