Abstract

The analysis of the dynamics of biochemical and morphological changes in a tumor growth in the conditions of the experimental cancerogenesis has confirmed the oncoprotective effect of the antioxidants applied. The positive dynamics of changes in biochemical criteria has been marked when antioxidants werl administerol. The dynamics of the morphological criterion changes has been proved reveal the correlation between the therapeutic effect and the dose of administered antioxidants. The optimal effect is observed when small doses are unf (mexidol 0.1 mg/kg, emoxipin 0.05 mg/kg). Research into antioxidants for the purpose of treating oncological diseases and prevenfor of collateral oncological effects of malignant tumour chemical therapy may be very promising for further investigation.

Comparative assessment of physical development of schoolchildren in Volgograd

Davydenko L.A., Davydenko L.A.

Abstract

A comparative assessment of physical development of schoolage children (7-17) in Volgograd was undertaken on the basis of two investigations, carried out uniformly with an interval of 25 years. It was revealed that the growth processes in younger schoolchildren have stabilized. In most age and sex groups the body length of modern schoolchildren keeps increasing; the high rates of height and weight increase have been preserved. A decrease in chest circumference was revealed, especially in boys, as well as a decrease in strength, un the rate of muscle development and vital capacity of the lungs. For a more precise assessment of the dynamics of young people' s physical development at various points in time and in different age groups in a specific region, monitoring of physical development is considered to be indispensable.

Prognosis of the efficiency of the preventive drug therapy in children with high risk of bronchial asthma development in high risk group children

Belan E.B., Belan E.B.

Abstract

81 children aged 3-5 suffering from atopic dermatitis (AtD) were prospectively observed during 18 months. 64 of them were treated by short courses of inhaled antiasthmatic drugs for primary prevention of bronchial asthma (BA) (fluticasone propionate 125 mcg/day or sodium chromoglycate 20 mg/day for a month twice a year (three courses during the whole period); the control group included 17 children. The index of individual probability (N) of the development of BA was determined for each child. BA (only mild form) developed in 12/81 children who had N = 0,74±12 (p < 0,05) independently from preventive measures. The value of index in patients who did not develop BA was N = 0,49±0,12 (p < 0,05) in the control group and N = 60±0,12 (p < 0,05) - in "preventive" one. Thus pharmacotherapeutical prevention of bronchial asthma with short courses of inhaled antiasthmatic drugs is effective in children with a middle value of N. Low alue of the index is not associated with the risk of development of BA. High values of the index predict ineffectiveness of preventive measures.

Zemskov A.M., Pritulina Y.G., Zoloedov V.I., Zemskov M.A., Zemskov A.M., Bolotskich V.I., Zemskov M.A., Zoloedov V.I.

Abstract

Using technique worked out by the authors, the immune disorders in HBS-antigen and chronic hepatitis B virus carriers were analysed. In such patients typical changes of immunolaboratory parameters develop. The changes are marked in chronic hepatitis B virus carriers and accompanied by modified liver tunction of dexofication. The administration of anti-viral vaccine in HBC-antigen carriers improves the immunolaboratory status which becomes more noticeable when modulators such as derinate and especially sodium nucleinate are used. The basic treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B yirus vields marked improvement of the parameters under study. Special vaccines may make this effect more noticeable. Among the administered adjuvants derinate proved to be most effective.

Pashanina T.P., Napalkova G.M., Korsakova I.I., Somova V.V., Pashanina T.P., Napalkova G.M., Korsakova I.I., Somova V.V.

Abstract

It is well known that cytomegalovirus (CMV) and herpes simplex virus (HSV) are the agents persisting in the human organism and causing different diseases. The results of examination of individual groups of population of the Volgograd region for the presence of cytomegalovirus and herpes virus infections have shown that the importance of this problem is still great at present. Percentage of the detection of specific antibodies (Ig G) in ratioto CMV was 35-72 % and in ratioto HSV-59-100 %. The rates of antibodies titres varied from 1:200 to 1:3200. It was demonstrated that the successful diagnostics of CMV and HSV infections must include comprehensive examination of patients with simultaneous determination of antibodies titres in blood serum and detection of virus or its antigens in mucosal scrapes, formed elements, urine.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to research the peculiarities of stimulative and contractive ureteric activity in early postoperative patients with rectal cancer who had colocystoplasty. it was established that in such patients the bladder registered a regular high-amplitude electric activity of smooth muscles directed at preservation of contractive activity of the ureter and anterograde urinary tract. In the intestinal segment used for cystoplasty a drastic decrease in the specific weight of commissures potentials which indicates a lack of peristaltic waves in the urinary system and a decreased tone of the artificial blader.

Anatomic and morphologic substantiation of techniame of microsurgical access in excision of hernia of lumbar intervertebral diskc

Kushniruk P.I., Dreval' O.N., Pisarev V.B., Kushniruk P.I., Dreval' O.N., Pisarev V.B.

Abstract

On the basis of morphological research the substantiation of use of medial fasetectomy is yielded at microsurgical of lumbar disk herniations. Out of 530 cases of microdiskectomy medial fasetectomy was performed in 382 cases (72 %): at level L3-L4 in 30 cases (100 %), at level L4-L5 in 206 cases (91 %), at a level L5-S1 in 145 cases (53 %). The data on frequency of use of medial fasetectomy in operations on lumbar disk herniations correspond to the features, revealed by us, of a topographical constitution of the nerve root canal on each level. Use of medial fasetectomy in microdiscectomy allows one to reduce the trauma of neurovascular formations, to reduce to a minimum possible neurologic complications, it yields good opportunities for high-grade revision of the disc space, which allows one to reduce the percentage of recurrent disk herniations.

Realdo Colombo and his discovery in the book "De Re Anatomica"

Goncharov N.I., Goncharov N.I.

Abstract

The renessiance of anatomy began as early as XVth century. In the XVIth century it developed tremendously; two theatres for dissection were established, one in 1552 in Venice and the other in 1556 in Montpeilier, although in the latter university dissections had been made for years, for we know that Rabelais dissected there in 1532. Anatomical discoveries became numerous through the work of Junther of Undernach (1487-1574), Fallopius (1523-1562), Michael Servetus (1509-1553), Andreas Vesalius (1514-1564), Gaspar Bauhin (1560-1624), Berenger of Carpi (1480-1550), Andreas Caesalpinus (1524-1603), J.C. Arantius (1530-1589), Voicher Coiter (1534-1600), John Philip Ingrassias (1510-1580), Fabricius ab Aquapendente (1537-1619), Barthoiomeus Eustachius (1520-1574), and Realdus Columbus (1516-1559); in 1559 he described the pulmonary circulation.

Value-semantic sphere of a person: specificity of interpretation

Sivolobova I.V., Sivotobova I.V.

Abstract

The problem of understanding of a person by another person arises not only on borders of cultures, but in conditions of belonging to different social groups, subcultures. Hermeneutis is engaged in solving this problem, as it developed the principles of interpretation and understanding the sources, that make possible polysemantic interpretation. The interpretation enables us to overcome ignorance of the world, while multiple interpretation, shifting the subject from one level of knowledge to another, forms ability to self-development, to perception of value-semantic sphere of another person. Communicative basis of interpretation of the value-semantic context is " the dialogical community " (L.V. Bukharaeva), that is understood as a practical dialogue being an encounter of multiversion positions, views, attitudes. Four stages of entering in interpretation are singled out: self-positioning of a subject in a dialogue; development of a contact, free from stereotypes of another person; a reflection and evolution of a personal position; a constructive value-semantic exchange.
