Abstract
Research is based on the study of efficiency and safety of the basic antibiotics currently used for treatment of acute
pyelonephritis in pregnancy. It is shown that the most effective antibiotics are cefalosporines of t he II generation and aminopenicilline - beta-laktamase-inhibitor while cefalosporines of the I generation are less effective.
