Abstract
treated during the period 2004-007 in the clinic of General Surgery with the course of Urology named after A.A. Polyantsev. If thrombophylic condition in the threatening embolic ileo-caval phlebothrombosis cannot be eliminated, the method of choice in pulmonary arterial thrombosis prophylaxis is plication of the inferior cava vein.
