Abstract
the heterocyclic substitute in the в-position - the compounds with the laboratorial cipher РГПУ-136 and РГПУ-160. It was ascertained that the compound РГПУ-136 possesses nootropic activity and increases exercise performance; РГПУ-160 shows
distinct anxiolytic action comparable the preparation of positive control diazepam in intensity, reduces exercise performance as well as muscular tonus and muscle strength of the animals.
