Abstract
Akinetic postinfarction aneurysm of LV promote a more adverse course of postoperative period and less effective surgery outcomes in comparison with dyskinetic one. An advantage of heart bypass with LV hypertrophy in ischemic heart disease patients with dyskinetic postinfarction LV aneurysm is demonstrated from the point of view of clinical effectiveness and expenses per year of life quality considered. When planning the treatment of ischemic heart disease patients with diabetes mellitus one should consider the findings of clinicoeconomic analysis.
