Abstract
It was shown experimentally that cardiac myocytes in rats have similar morphology and some differences
in structure of nuclei, mitochondria, and myofilaments in diseases caused by chronic endogenous intoxication and cytostatic
drugs. These findings were compared with different points of damaging factor action, and the dynamics of contractile
apparatus lesion due to cardiomyopathy.
