Abstract
The Role of concomitant diseases in the genesis and outcomes of nosocomial pneumonia (NP) is reliably high. The main contribution to the outcome of NP is made by chronic cardiac insufficiency. «Premorbid lifestyle score» can be used as an objective criterion encompassing the patients' premorbid condition as well.
