Andreeva I.L., Kirillov Y.A.

Abstract

The order of biomedical research, voluntary written informed agreement of the subjects and rights of patients are described. Normative regulation mostly concerns of investigations of medical drugs, but as for other types of biomedical research there is a legal vacuum. It is established that elaboration of new methods of prophylaxis, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, modern medical technologies needs stringent government regulation for guaranteeing of effectiveness and safety of their application in medical practice.

LABORATORY MARKERS OF MYOCARDIUM INJURYIN MODERN CARDIOLOGY

Ostrovskij O.V.

Abstract

The main problems of cardiotroponins, creatine kinase analysis and their interpretation are described. Cardiotroponin level in 6-24 hours after stenocardia attack is the most informative way of assessing myocardial lesion. Results of this investigation may be used for determination of lethal outcome risks, choice of optimal treatment of ischemic heart disease, estimation of its effectiveness. Increasing troponin level in the blood is the key marker to diagnose non-ST-elevation in myocardial infarction (NSTEMI).

IRON-DEFICIENCY ANEMIA OF PREGNANCY: TRENDS,PROGNOSIS, PREVENTION

Amirov N.K., Frolova O.A.

Abstract

The portion of iron assimilated from th woman's diet is considerably less than normal. There is a significant correlation between the level of iron consumption and increase of income. The Child's body mass at birth is related to the amount of iron and vitamin C in mother's dietary regimen. To improve the health of mother and future child it is necessary to elaborate educational programmes dealing with balanced nutrition of pregnant women as well as prevention of health impairment at the expense of supplementary set of food products and administration of vitamin-mineral complexes.

EXPERIMENTAL AND CLINICAL SUBSTANTIATION OF SURGICAL ENERGY APPLICATIONFOR MYOMECTOMY

Timerbulatov V.M., Fayazov R.R., Sakhautdinova I.V., Valitova E.R.

Abstract

The paper focuses on the result of surgical treatment of 106 patients with uterine myomas using modern technologies. Laparoscopy in conjunction with argon-induced electrocoagulation, ultrasonic scalpel - and radiowave knife have been used for the removal of myomatous nodes. Our clinico-experimental study has confirmed that with radiowave energy, reparative regeneration started in the early stage had a slight inflammatory reaction and minimal coagulation necrosis. Comparative analysis of the surgical energy showed that myomectomy using the radiowave knife turns out to be the least time consuming.

INFLUENCE OF INTENSIVE MOTION ACTIVITYIN THE MORNING, AFTERNOON AND EVENING DAILY TIMEON THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF ATHLETES

Bakulin V.S., Makarov V.I., Bogomolova M.M.

Abstract

The influence of workload ofidentical intensity and duration performed in the morning, afternoon and in the evening on the external respiration, gas-energy exchange, thermal state, cardiovascular system, nervous system and physical working capacity of sportsmen was studied. It has been established that the performance of assigned work in the microclimate with optimum conditions of heat transfer is accompanied by an increase in functional over-stress and fatigue of athletes in the evening at the expense of increasing "energy cost" of such work.

Statsenko M.E., Poletaeva L.V., Turkina S.V., Dudchenko G.P.

Abstract

It is shown that additional administration of mildronat in basic therapy of diabetic distal symmetric sensorimotor polyneuropathy (DN) with α-lipoic acid produces a beneficial effect on pathogenic modified factors of DN, such as oxidative stress, lipid metabolism. It is accompanied by improvement of the parameters reflecting the degree of severity of diabetic distal symmetric sensorimotor neuropathy.

FEATURES OF TREATMENTOF PATIENTS WITH PEPTIC ULCERAND INFLAMMATORYPERIODONTAL DISEASES

Osadchuk M.A., Ostrovskaya L.Y., Islamova E.A.

Abstract

Clinical features of inflammatory periodontal diseases in patients with peptic ulcer were determined. In pathogenesis of inflammatory periodontal diseases in patients with peptic ulcer the change of quantity of nitric oxide synthase-, endothelin-1-, melatonin-like cells of gingiva and stomach is of great value. Their lesion was more significant in patients with chronic periodontitis and stomach ulcer. The efficiency of eradication therapy depends on degree of periodontal diseases. The greater the degree of inflammatory periodontal diseases in patients with peptic ulcer, the less effective 1-week eradication therapy. Completeness of eradication in patients with peptic ulcer and periodontitis of severe degree is possible only upon increase of treatment to 14 days.

Adamyan L.V., Gusaeva H.Z., Marchenko I.A.

Abstract

hTERT is a rate-limiting determinant of telomerase activity. We have studied the expression of hTERT gene in samples of myoma, of adenomyosis, of simple hyperplasia, of atypical hyperplasia. hTERT gene expression was evaluated by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) with microglobulin as an indirect marker of tissues integrity. None of theinvestigated samples had any hTERT gene expression. A sample of endometrial cancer was positive for hTERT gene expression.
