Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of ergometric, regenerative and stationary parameters of practically healthy volunteers an
objective (numerical) criterion of endurance is proposed. A study of its prognostic and diagnostic value revealed some
regularities of endurance development thus allowing us to use this criterion for objective evaluation of health.
