Babaeva A.R., Tarasov A.A., Davydov S.I., Emel'yanova A.L., Babayeva A.R., Tarassov A.A., Davydov S.I., Emelianova A.L.

Abstract

We have investigated the levels of antibodies against Chlamidia Pneumoniae, glycosaminoglycane-polysulphate, collagen and gyaluronic acid in patients with different forms of coronary artery disease (CAD). We have revealed that different clinical forms of acute coronary syndrome are accompanied by serum antibody level increase. In patients with acute forms of CAD the serum antibody level strictly correlates with acute coronary syndromes severity. The sensitivity of the diagnostic techniques we have offered is ≈70 %. This method may be used in clinical practice as an addition to the standard diagnostic criteria.

Comparative efficiency of hypotensive therapy in children and teenagers with metabolic syndrome

Bekezin V.V., Kozlova L.V., Bekezin V.V., Kozlova L.V.

Abstract

25 children and teenagers aged 11-16 with arterial hypertension accompanied by metabolic syndrome who received enalapril or bisoprolol as part of their therapy were studied. Administration of bisoprolol to children with metabolic syndrome has the advantage of minimal sympathic influence, which was evident from normal ABP daily index and TMR and SMR values (Holter monitoring results) as well as a higher level of compliancy. Bisoprolol had no negative effect on corabohydrate or lipid metabolism. Enalapril therapy was followed by IMMLV decrease, which testifies to more pronounced organ-protecting properties of the drug. A strict recording of initial heart rate or of the state of intracardiac conductivity was not required. Insulin resistance decrease which is the main pathogenetic link of metabolic syndrome was also noted.

Twenty-four-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in newborn

Ledyaev M.Y., Safaneeva T.A., Zhukov B.I., Dergachev E.S., Ledyaev M.Y., Safaneeva T.A., Zhukov B.I., Dergatchov E.S.

Abstract

Over the past several years, 24-h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) has become a useful tool for the diagnosis and management of children and adolescents with elevated blood pressure (BP). In our study we investigated the applicability of ABPM in 25 healthy newborn, aged from 1 to 6 days. A satisfactory ABPM profile was obtained in 100 % of the children, with an average of 95 % satisfactory BP recordings. The mean ± SD systolic and diastolic BP of healthy newborn was 75 ± 12/46 ± 13 mmHg during the daytime and 73 ± 12/44 ± 13 mmHg during the night, with no gender difference observed. The 24-h mean ± SD systolic and diastolic BP, which may be a more appropriate measure of BP in this particular age group, was found to be 71 ± 15/41 ± 14 mmHg. There was only a slight nocturnal decrease in BP. We conclude that this method is applicable for the assessment of blood pressure in the newborn.

The peculiarities of motor activity organizationin people with different operator work efficiency

Schmidt S.A., Shmidt S.A.

Abstract

The application of the diagnostic complex "KID-3" in the investigation of people with different operator work efficiency enabled us to establish the essential difference in the mechanisms of the motor activity regulation. The results of the research showed that the functional organization of successful operator motor activities includes the signs of two systems of visual-motor coordination: the sensor correction type and the motor programming one. The revealed peculiarities of the motor activity regulation may be used for the physiological prognostication of the operator activity efficiency for professional selection.

Evaluation of psychological somatic statusof female tram drivers

Mazhbits E.G., Mazhbits E.G.

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of clinical study into the possibility of using SCL-90 scale for estimation of psychosomatic status of women who are tram drivers. We established a dependence of psychosomatic indicators on age and work experience. Thus we can conclude about importance of psychophysiological study for prolonging of working ability, decreasing of morbidity, improving of quality of life, decreasing of risk of accidents.

Role of dynamic eustress in development of systemicinflammatory process: experimental and clinical study

Kurygin A.G., Kurygin A.G.

Abstract

The role of dynamic eustress in development of adjuvant arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis has been studied. 30 laboratory male rats were studied. Parameters of dynamics of adjuvant arthritis, products of lipid metabolism and lipid peroxidation were registered. 45 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were surveyed. Development of adjuvant disease was accompanied by essential changes in dynamics of investigated parameters, including products of lipid peroxidation. Daily dynamic eustress decreased the development of systemic inflammation almost in all investigated parameters; it also decreased the level of products of lipid peroxidation. Positive stress in clinical setting (graduated exercise) also had a positive therapeutic effect.

Morphogenesis of "small nodules" in thyroid gland

Filin A.A., Danilenko V.I., Filin A.A., Danilenko V.I.

Abstract

Asymptomatic pathology of thyroid gland in 54 postmortems (age 59,5 ± 12,3) was investigated. "Small" locuses (0,35 ± 0,2cm) of non-cancerous tissue growth (181 "nodules") were found in 39 cases (72,2%). About a half of "nodules" (78 of 181) had elements of radial symmetry. It was established that a structural unit of non-cancerous growth in the thyroid is "proliferation centers" ("symmetric nodules"). Nodular hyperplasia in the thyroid begins with pictures of proliferation. Structures like "adenomas", cysts arise later. At later stages of the process there comes atrophy and sclerosis of hyperplastic locuses.

Role of free radical processes in contractility heartchanges of rat with a severe craniocereberal injury

Rusakov V.V., Dolgikh V.T., Rusakov V.V., Dolgikh V.T.

Abstract

Activation of free radical processes in the acute period of craniocereberal injury is combined with a disorder of contractile function of isolated rat hearts. Inhibition of lipid peroxidation processes with the help of antioxidant carnosin confirms the importance of this pathogenetic factor in formation of posttraumatic depression of myocardium contractility.

Comparative research of antihypertensive actionof cardos and lozartan

Tyurenkov I.N., Nazvanova A.V., Chepurina N.G., Tyurenkov I.N., Nazvanova A.V., Chepurina N.G.

Abstract

The revealed hypotensive effect of oral ultralow doses (ULD) of antibodies to receptor type 1 AT II (cardos) in spontaneously hypertensive rats is a good foundation for a new class of hypotensive drugs. The detected hypotensive effect of ULD antibodies to components of renin-angiotensin system (RAS) may be due to modulating impacts of antibodies on the RAS. A significant decrease in systolic arterial blood pressure (SABP) was found in rats receiving cardos. Lozartan decreased SABP by 25 % and kept stable during the period of observation. ULD antibodies to receptor type 1 AT II (cardos) decreased SABP by 10 %. This hypotensive effect is of great interest in regard to developing original medicinal preparations of a new generation.

Abstract

We studied the localization and peculiarities of cervical-diaphysial fractures in patients aged 40-90. Measurements of cervical-diaphysial angle and diameter of neck and head of the femoral bone were made. Two age peaks of fracture occurence in men and one peak in women were established. A tendency of decreasing of cervical-diaphysial angle and diameter of femoral bone neck as the person gets older was noted.
