Abstract
Polymorphism of promoter region of cytokine genes (IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-1R, IL-1RA, IL-12, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IFN-γ, TNF-α, TGF-β) in 98 recipients of allogenic kidney was studied. It is shown that the development of chronic renal transplant
rejection is associated with the structural features of genes of key cytokines IL-1α, IL-10, TNF-β, receptor of IL-4.
