The analysis of the communication pragmatics: from family psychotherapy to the semiotics of the sociocultural interactions
Abstract
The article provides insight into the use of communication patterns, offered by American psychologists P. Watzlawick, J. Beaven and D. Jackson as family communication therapy principles, in the communication analysis understood as culture's phenomenon. Interactional metacommunicative and informal parameters, conventionality of communication, symmetrical and complementary communication mode, its digital and analogous mode are of special significance for interpretation.

Emotional correlation in the process of cross-culturalcommunication
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of correlation of communicators' emotional spheres. It is especially important to overcome the emotional interference in the process of cross-cultural communication when the communication failure can be accounted for by the difference in emotional world perception and by emotional lacunas in the linguacultures the communicators belong to.

The problem of creativity in foreign language teachingin Germany
Abstract
This paper is devoted to the problem of creative teaching of foreign languages in Germany. It has been found out that creative teaching within the constructional approach has its own peculiarities. The problems of creative teaching of grammar, reading, comprehension, writing, speaking are considered.

The legal socialization of the student youth: the applied researches
Abstract
On the whole the rate of the legal socialization of the students of the Volgograd higher educational institutions is estimated as average, besides, the system of higher education as a legal socialization agent is insufficiently effective. The introduction of social, legal and patriotic programs and the system of qualitative legal education at studentship are necessary.
