Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a Result of Humankind Conscience

As we celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, experts in the humanities are assessing the role and significance of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in their speeches and publications. As a result of analyzing and taking into account historical facts, events and statistical data, the author believes that the reader will be able to properly assess the role and significance of the primary source of the international human rights protection system, which is the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and answer the question of whether this Declaration is necessary for the international community in the context of degrading international human rights system.
