Abstract
This paper addresses the problem of correlation analysis of unknown information sequences which are transmitted through a linear channel or medium with unknown characteristics. We referred this problem to "Blind correlation analysis". We propose a solution to this problem which is based on using polynomial representations of finite random sequence. The paper describes algorithm which use properties of the so-called given correlation manifolds. The proposed algorithm efficiency is illustrated by results of mathematical simulation.

In this paper view two methods of decoding in channels with intersymbol interference with decision feed-back equalizer and soft Witerbi-decoder. The probability-performance findings of imitation-modeling are presented. Show, that use this methods improve the noise-defense of system.

CONTINUOUS-WAVE REFLECTOMETER WITH LINEARFREQUENCY MODULATED INTENSITY OF SOUNDING BEAM

Abstract
The construction principles are considered for continuous-wave (CW) reflectometers with linear frequency modulated (LFM) intensity of sounding beam intended for monitoring of fiber-optic communication links. Based on analysis of energy characteristics for square-law photodetection regime of optical signals the capability was substantiated for considerable (about 103....104 times) reduction of sounding beam power for continuous-wave reflectometry regime comparatively to pulsed regime. The analysis of photoresistor operation under radio-heterodyning regime was fulfilled and practical schemes for reflectometry with linear frequency modulated intensity of sounding beam has been elaborated to realize advantages of continuous-wave sounding methods for infrared spectrum band which is especially important for monitoring of fiber-optic communication links. The processes of backscattering signals accumulation were investigated for CW reflectometers with LFM sounding beam and conditions for entire utilization of energy resources for laser emitter were determined. Energy characteristics of CW reflectometers with LFM beam intensity were researched and large range of these systems (86.1 km) was confirmed for sounding beam power 1 mw. These characteristics eliminate from measurement distortions caused by non-linear processes in optical fiber inherent in pulsed systems for the same range. Whole complex of present investigations provides for significant rise of metrological characteristics united with entire utilization of energy resources for laser emitter in reflectometry systems.

Abstract
Multimedia technologies allow delivering to subscriber broad range of services including telephony, data communications, video calls and intelligent services. The problem with throughput is solved by using cable with optic fiber. One of the most perspective way of increasing coefficient of throughput of optic fiber is Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM). In this article are shown the reasons of appearing of non-linear transitions between channels in optic fiber and basic principles of WDM equipment frequency planning. In the article are shown characteristics and possibility of application of NEC DWDM U-Node equipment.

METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PARAMETERS OF CROSSINGOF THE ZERO LEVEL FOR STATIONARY CASUAL PROCESSES

Abstract
The method of the approached calculation of parameters of emissions casual processes for a zero level is offered. In a basis of calculation use of correlation function R1(τ) of pulse casual sequence B1(t), received is necessary as a result of ideal bilateral restriction at a zero level initial casual process. Considering (examining) pulse sequence B1(t) as inducing, it is possible to receive from it (her) a number (line) of pulse sequences Bi(t), i = 2; 3 ... к by division B1(t) on frequency in i time. In a result, besides initial correlation function R1(τ) appear still (к - 1) the functions R1(τ) bearing (carrying) the additional information on intervals between changes of a mark initial of casual process. The formula for the approached calculation of function which is probability p0 (τ) of is received that in time τ, counted from the any moment t0, was not held any crossing by process of a zero level. Having function p0(τ), it is easy to calculate W(τ) required density of distribution of intervals between adjacent zeros of process. The error of approach depends on number k the taken into account (discounted) functions R1(τ) and can be made as much as small with growth k. On an example of modeling of three broadband processes it is shown, that at k = 8 the relative error of calculation W(τ) does not exceed 5 % even at decrease (reduction) of size W (τ) concerning the maximal values in 20 times in area «tails» of density.

Abstract
In article are considered of not Poisson the models of the traffic described «with heavy tails» by distributions of intervals of time between events in streams. It is shown that such models worsen indicators of productivity of network structures in comparison with of the Poisson streams. Hence, of the Poisson teletraffic models underestimate delays and other important indicators of quality of functioning of networks of telecommunications.

Abstract
In the suggested cipher each symbol (the letter, a punctuation mark, number) is replaced with two real numbers. These two numbers are top and bottom limits of the determined integral. Value of integral is used that under the table of replacements to define, to what symbol of a open text there corresponds the calculated value of integral. It is supposed, that the kind of subintegral function and a configuration of the table of replacements are known only to authorized representatives on the transmitting and reception sides. In each session of communication the table of replacements and subintegral function are defined by a confidential key.

In this paper we examine the problem of creating a universal recovery method in backup systems. This document presents mathematical model of data restoration process. Different factors that influence performance have been analyzed. Various algorithms of the graph theory are investigated and the choice is justified. Recommendations for implementation of the proposed algorithms are presented. Then the paper describes designed universal method of data restoration with optimization for speed.

Abstract
The schematic of the construction of the mathematical model of complex safety of computer systems and networks on the basis of expert judgments is proposed. In this case the elements of system form hierarchy, and the factors of one sublevel of hierarchy consist of preference relations/of indifference to each other. It is shown that the application of the modified method of lax ranking makes it possible to determine the weights of Fishbern for the factors of one level of hierarchy. In this case is obtained the generalization of data of weights to the general case of the preference/of the indifference of factors according to the relation to each other. The need for application as the integrated criterion with the safety evaluation of multiplicative convolution is substantiated.
