METHOD OF FORMATION SOFT SOLUTIONS IN THE SYSTEM BROADBAND COMMUNICATION CHANNEL WITH UNKNOWN PARAMETERS
Abstract
There is resolved the problem of soft-decision symbols indexes forming (SDI) with reference to technology of signal processing with orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM). The specified technology uses channels with unknown parameters. Such problems are relevant to data exchange between the real-time systems while interaction of two or more mobile objects with wideband communication systems. The SDI calculation is based on Euclidean metrics.

INVESTIGATION OF ERROR OF OPTICAL FIBER LOSS MEASUREMENT ON FIBER OPTIC LINK
Abstract
This paper demonstrates feature considerations of fiber optic data transmission systems, which is the main reason of importance increase of measurement assurance for fiber optic link parameter estimation and improvement of both accuracy and reliability of the obtained results. The features of the back-scattering time-domain method application were considered. As a result, we proved a necessity of taking into account the influence of trace noise on the error of attenuation measurement both for the whole fiber optic link and its particular fragments. We researched the errors of measurement of attenuation coefficient and optical fiber splice loss depending on the optical signal-to-noise ratio and quasi regular span length. Some results of experimental researches are presented. They provide to educe correctly a degradation of fiber optic link parameters at the beginning and to couch the requirements for conditions of measurements by the back-scattering method.

In this paper we propose the models of the logic of managing global computer processes in computer networks with agent-oriented metacomputing cloud services based on the collective data transfers, allowing you to simplify the implementation of massively parallel applications in large-scale distributed systems. Offered for logical control of discrete processes to use the formalism of predicate asynchronous networks, allows abstract and structural synthesis of the functional architecture of agent-based metacomputer with the implementation of global and collective computing operations for a group of agents - the virtual nodes of metacomputer.

CREATION OF OPTIMUM SPAM FILTER ON THE BASIS OF COMBINATION OF STATISTICAL QUALIFIERS
Abstract
Criteria of an optimality are presented in article for classification of messages on the basis of statistical methods taking into account errors of the first and second childbirth, a share of false operations and passed spam. Features of testing and training spam filter are given. Approach to the organization of the qualifier which consists in sharing of methods of Bayes and Fischer is offered. For improvement of quality of a filtration it is offered to use the mechanism of the analysis of subsets of crossing of the sets distinguished by both methods on categories (spam \not spam, false operations and spam admission).

PHONEMIC TRANSCRIPTION METHODS FOR THE SDR SYSTEM
Abstract
Two phonemic transcription methods are described and compared in this paper. The first method is based on graph theory and the second method uses hidden Markov model (HMM). These methods are used in the spoken document retrieval (SDR) system. These two methods are compared on work time and effectiveness of search of spoken documents by text query. Values of precision and recall which are obtained by these methods are shown.

Abstract
The results of the quasistatic simulation and natural experiment on propagation of the pulse signal in the flat cable are given. Signal distortions associated with modal phenomena are shown. It is demonstrated that the quasistatic simulation can be used to analyze and verify the results of natural experiment.

METHOD OF FORMING OPTIMAL PLACEMENT ELEMENTS OF PHYSICAL PROTECTION SYSTEM(PPS) ON PROTECTED OBJECT
Abstract
In this paper a method of optimizing the deployment of PPS on protected objects is researched. Based on the threat of penetration of the multigraph all routes of entry, which are presented in the form of incidence matrix, are formed. With the covering problem in the incidence matrix all the options prevent the onset of risk are determined. Based on the method of dynamic programming the optimal placement of the object elements of PPS according to the chosen optimization criterion is determined.
