THE EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION OF DISCIPLINES FOR SERVICING REQUESTS FOR DESIGNING INFOCOMMUNICATION SERVICES IN A NON-STATIONARY RESOURCES FLOW

Abstract

The paper evaluates the effectiveness of the disciplines for servicing requests for designing info-communication services in a non-stationary resources flow. The situation is considered in which part of the applications is refused in implementation. A comparison of well-known application service disciplines is made and their advantages and disadvantages are shown. The new discipline of servicing requests for designing info-communication services with a non-stationary flow of resources is given. The main idea of this new criteria is to maximize the value of error function. Error function combine the addictiveness effect of creating info-communication service for organization, rejecting of requests and to container request into queue. The advantages of the developed application service discipline for designing info-communication services in comparison with the most well-known application service disciplines are considered. This effect is viewed at the situation of required resources to using resources ratio is more than 1.15.

Abstract

The human auditory system plays a leading role in his life and primarily in the processes of information exchange based on sound signals, especially oral speech. In this regard, in many countries, studies of the features of the perception of sounds by a person are carried out on the basis of the creation of various types of models. This is necessary to improve hearing aids, develop systems for automatic speech recognition in artificial intelligence systems, optimize speech signal processing technologies for storing and transmitting speech messages. Within the framework of this work, relationships have been obtained that make it possible to reproduce the results of empirical studies, including psychoacoustic, reactions of the human auditory system to tonal influences.

EXTRACTION OF PHONEMES FROM THE MERGED SPEECH AND THEIR IDENTIFICATION

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a method for determining the location of phonological formants that is not associated with the analysis of the amplitude spectrum and provides their isolation in the merged speech. The formants selected on this basis are grouped into phonemes, the correspondence of which to a particular sound is determined by the minimum distance from the base phonemes. A table of basic phonemes of vowels and several consonants is compiled. The regularity of the location of the basic phonemes and their binding to the coordinates of the location on the main membrane of the cortical organ is revealed. The results of the work are intended for creating autonomous automated speech recognition systems.

METHODS AND MODELS OF THE RESOURCE ALLOCATION SERVICE IN CLUSTERS WITH LOAD BALANCING OF DATA CENTERS

Abstract

Modern data processing centers are complex solutions for the management of enterprises and corporations, for the organization of data processing and storage systems, for the efficient distribution of software applications between available resources. The object of the research is load-balancing clusters of data processing centers containing a certain set of application servers, file servers, data storage systems, an input-output system interconnected by a switching system and communication channels. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of the functioning of virtualized data centers by developing methodological approaches, rational methods and models for solving the problems of load distribution by its hardware and software. The problems of constructing interrelated mathematical methods and models necessary for building specialized software that provide a solution to the problems of creating rational plans for the allocation of data center resources at a given time interval are considered. The proposed methods and models are based on the system of correct mappings of the set of query parameters for the known characteristics of the physical resources of the data center. As an optimization criterion, the parameters of maximizing system performance for a certain time interval are used.

Abstract

In the article research potential possibilities of estimating the basic mode transmission coefficient based on analysis overlapping of the radial distribution fields in discrete representation. Considered the process of passage the fundamental LP01 mode, characterized by the simplest distribution field, through the connection of a pair of single-mode optical fibers, made with a certain radial mismatch with a scatter in the values а spot radius mode interacting modes. The results of experimental verification of the proposed method are presented, which have demonstrated the potential of its use.

DESIGN OF AN INTELLIGENT SENSOR NODE BASED ON LORA TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

These days it is possible to apply different radio technologies for a long-range access and use the radio frequency spectrum as in the licensed part of spectrum as an unlicensed radio frequency. LoRa technology is a register trademark and title of radio access technology for design of low power wide area network at the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum 866 MHz. This paper presents a laboratory prototype of the LoRa-based sensor node device with special oriented motile antenna for the transmission of sensor data. Designed sensor node is ensure to the security requirements for data exchange between the end-node and the LoRa gateway. Designed LoRa sensor node base on the principles of software-defined radio and allows to use the open-source software and off-the-shelf hardware for data processing. As a result, the sensor node, depending on the software settings, can perform the functions of a terminal device or a gateway or server with security protocols supporting. For an increasing of the transmission stability, it is supposed to use a spatially oriented program- control antenna with the possibility of the optimal direction choose for a sensor data transmission. The article describes the result of the development of a sensor node based on the LoRaWAN standard, analyzes the methods and methods of ensuring information security in LoRa networks, and developed an antenna calibration algorithm to select the transmission direction between the terminal device and the gateway.

TSN ETHERNET - TIME-SENSITIVE NETWORKING

Abstract

Currently, most local and regional switched packet data networks are built using Ethernet technology, which is the focus of the IEEE 802 group of standards. It has many advantages - high bandwidth, simplicity, scalability, compatibility, etc. But on the other hand, in Ethernet networks there is no predictability in data delivery, which limits their use in real-time systems, especially for industrial applications. Therefore, the IEEE has developed a special modification of Ethernet technology - Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN). TSN technology is based on the IEEE 802.1 and IEEE 802.3 standards and therefore is fully compatible with classic Ethernet technology, but at the same time provides a minimum and predictable data packet delay level. In recent years, TSN technology has begun to be actively implemented not only in industrial networks, for example, industrial Internet of things IIoT networks, but also in traditional communication networks, for example, to implement the fronthaul segment in 5G networks. However, information on TSN networks is practically not covered and is not summarized on the pages of domestic publications. With this in mind, this article provides an overview of TSN standards, technologies and principles for building time-sensitive networks.

ELECTRONIC KEYS AS A METHOD OF SOFTWARE PROTECTION FROM UNAUTHORIZED USE

Abstract

The article describes the principles of operation, types of technical implementation and methods of use of electronic keys. The main Russian manufacturers of electronic keys have been considered and the features of their products have been identified. It is necessary to take into account the correct configuration and support of hardware and software for protection of information while ensuring proper information security of the company, in order to avoid losses, in order to eliminate the risks of obtaining an electronic key by an intruder. Taking into account the fact that electronic keys are mostly referred to hardware methods of software protection from hacking, there are improved cross- platform hardware and software solutions. Their existence is driven by the fact that the developers who design electronic keys also provide a software development kit (SDK) for them. Companies have the ability to implement all means of protecting electronic keys in their own software products using the SDK (such as development tools, protection of software code fragments, development of automatic protection tools, and more).

Abstract

This article presents the development of a simulation model for the study of user behavior in distributed information computing systems, the development of a language model for describing user behavior, access rights are described, key information for compiling a profile of normal user behavior is revealed, a structural diagram and a mathematical model based on the method of analyzing abnormal user behavior are developed. based on an automaton model, which is created on the basis of the rules of unauthorized user actions, and contains signatures of anomalous user behavior, a formal representation of the transition table and a sequence of user actions is described, an automaton model of user behavior is developed, a generalized model of user behavior as a digital automaton is presented, as well as an algorithm diagram user actions. The study used the methods of information security theory, automata theory, pattern recognition theory and the theory of computing systems design.

APPLICATION OF SIMULATION MODELING TO IMPROVE THE BUSINESS PROCESS OF AN ENERGY COMPANY

Abstract

The article provides a justification for the use of statistical simulation modeling as one of the methods of processing large amounts of data, which can significantly improve the efficiency of decisions made in various fields of activity. The issues related to the improvement of the business process for the installation of an electric power consumption monitoring device are considered on the example of PJSC «Rosseti Volga». A flowchart of the business process, its detailed description, as well as an analysis of the business process under consideration in the interests of simulation modeling, during which the most significant random variables for modeling this process are identified. To create the model, the distribution laws of all selected random variables were determined, a modeling algorithm and an experiment plan with the model were developed. The article presents the result of an experiment conducted on a simulation model.

APPLICATION OF THE ONTOLOGICAL APPROACH WHEN DESIGNING A MEDICAL MOBILE APP

Abstract

This paper examines the design of a mHealth-class mobile application that allows to follow the recommendations for vaccine prevention and promotes the prevention of infectious diseases. However, despite the openness and availability of information in this area, there is a lack of objective and reliably verified information. The article proposes a project for a medical mobile application for recording vaccinations. Which will take into account the data of the national schedule of preventive vaccinations and a number of indicators, individual for each child (age, well-being of the child, allergy susceptibility, temperature, time of previous vaccination, etc.). Based on which the vaccination schedule should be formed «for a particular child» and, if new data are entered, corrected and/or shifted. As a model of knowledge representation, we choose the ontological approach, which allows presenting a coherent system of concepts of the subject area under study. The main tasks of the medical BR are as follows: informational support for parents (maintaining a current national schedule of preventive childhood vaccinations, information about existing vaccines and their manufacturers, possible allergic reactions, etc.); creating a scene reflecting the individual characteristics of the child; maintaining a hierarchy of classes of concepts, individual instances and properties of these concepts.In the course of the study, an ontology developed by using the Protégé ontology editor, a comparative analysis of available analogues performed on the market, and a detailed list of functional requirements that a vaccination accounting application must meet was developed.

USING OF WHITE NOISE GENERATORS FOR DRONE CONTROL SYSTEMS IN THE WI-FI CHANNEL

Abstract

This article discusses a way to create a space protected from drones (quadcopters), with the possibility of using registered vehicles. Due to the large number of devices among civilians, there has been a recent tightening of legislation regarding the use of such drones. In particular, from September 27, 2020 in the Russian Federation, in order to lift a drone into the air in accordance with clause 52 of«Rules No. 138 use of airspace by an unmanned aerial vehicle», it is necessary to obtain permission to use the airspace. In this case, the owner will have to develop a flight plan in advance and approve it. A large number of drones were sold to the public before the entry into force of legislation, whichmeans the possibility of uncontrolled use of such devices for purposes contrary to the law. Virtually nothing protects against accidental interference or targeted competitive intelligence and industrial espionage. A cheap and effective way is to create a kind of «dome» around an important object using a white noise generator together with a filter that selects the necessary frequency for a whole range of heuristic criteria for solving real problems. The peculiarity of the operation of such a device will be that unregistered devices will not be able to fly over the protected object, while authorized drones will be able to catch them in various ways (nets, etc.) and observe the entrusted territory without restrictions.

POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES OPTICAL DISTRIBUTED ACOUSTIC SENSORS TO DETERMINE THE LOCATION OF THE ATTACKER

Abstract

The article considered possible models and algorithms based on the analysis of features of energy and time characteristics and/or characteristics of directional pattern that consider the features of the spatial location of the signal source (or sources) for the subsequent localization of the sound source, in relation to fiber-optic sensor networks, to solve the problem of determining with a given accuracy the location of the attacker on the protected object. The most optimal model was chosen based on estimates of the difference in the delay time of acoustic signals at different reference points of the backscattering characteristic of the optical fiber of a distributed acoustic sensor (DAS). As an example, the results of calculating the deviation estimates for determining the coordinates of the sound source as a function of the noise level in a room with two optical fibers laid in parallel along opposite walls are presented.

Abstract

Operation of power system in conditions of constant changes in the external environment combined with their high complexity leads to the need for sophisticated management decisions. This article analyzes the activities of the power system to improve the efficiency of its functioning on the example of the Samara region. The structure of the decision support system was developed to improve the efficiency of power system management. In the proposed algorithm, the principle of a systematic approach to resource conservation in energy production was implemented. Mathematical models have been built to describe the functioning of the power system. Generalized criteria for the efficiency of power equipment operation were formulated. A management system was designed and proposed that allows obtaining scientifically grounded management decisions in the field of energy investment.
