This paper deals with a theoretical research of the characteristics of bianisotropic meta-material that is based on two modifications of thin-wire conductive spiral. These elements are spaced periodically and oriented in the same media container forming metamedia. The main part of the scattered field are located on the azimuth plane. The paper shows the effect of the spiral elements shape on the scattering properties of the metamaterial. Monofilar helix has 2 main lobes that are directed in opposite directions along the x-axis where the elements are lo-cated. Quadruple helix has 4 main lobes that are oriented along the x-axis and y-axis respec-tively.

To improve the performance of transport networks used functional transformation of self-similar flow of packets in a uniform and Poisson process based on the use of the invariance of the form of the differential probability of a composite function.
